Studies show that the function of liver can be improved with green tea. So, drink two cups of green tea daily, one in the morning and one in the evening. Green tea is also good for treating many health conditions.
Consumption of few drops of apple cider vinegar with one cup of warm water can help cure fatty liver. This mixture should be consumed before meals for a couple of months.
Regular consumption of a teaspoon of amla juice every morning for a month or so can help detoxify the toxins in your liver.
Turmeric has tons of benefits. It can be used as a home remedy for several health ailments. If you drink a cup of warm water by mixing one teaspoon of turmeric in it twice a day, it will prevent the accumulation of fat in your liver. It also treats your fatty liver.
