How to Write Job Acceptance Letter
If you want to include all the most important information, this does not mean your letter should be long.
The employer is busy, so a concise letter that includes all the necessary information is best. Express your gratitude, demonstrate how thankful you are for the opportunity.
You might want to refer to why you are particularly excited to work for the company, such as your desire to contribute to their sales team, or your passion for their mission. keep this polite but brief.
Before you send your letter, be sure to thoroughly read the letter, you do not want to create any last-minute reasons for the employer to take back the job offer, such as a sloppy or unprofessional letter.
You can send the letter by email. Your email should be composed after you are done with the negotiation process. Draft an acceptance email to show your gratitude for the offer. If you’re sending a hard copy through the mail, format the letters as you would any business letter.

If the employer has sent you the formal job offer in writing for you to sign and return, it is advisable to send an email to confirm your acceptance and that you have signed and sent the letter.
