Hailing from Andhra Pradesh, Raju Bhupati earned his Masters’s in Organic Chemistry from Bhopal University.

But at the peak of his career, he chose a different path, an entrepreneurial journey that brought him back to India.

In 2013-2014, he laid the foundation for Hello Curry, which is one of India’s first Cloud Kitchens, recognizing the untapped potential in the burgeoning kitchen-to-home food delivery model.

Hello Curry’s success fueled his ambition, pushing him to do more in the food industry.

Thus, in 2018, Troo Good was born, initially serving millet parathas to local schools and corporations.

However, the venture quickly transformed into a thriving millet snacks company, now selling over 2 crore nutritious millet snack bars monthly through various retail and institutional channels.

Raju Bhupati’s dedication to providing affordable nutrition did not go unnoticed.

Troo Good’s pioneering efforts in this area earned recognition from esteemed institutions like the Indian Institute of Millets Research (IIMR).

With a passion for progress, Troo Good managed to secure funding of $8.4 million from OAKS Asset Management Capital and Sashi Reddi’s family office.

This capital infusion has further bolstered the company’s efforts to fulfil its noble mission.

The previous Financial Year was truly remarkable for Troo Good, with sales crossing ₹55 crores, a testament to Raju Bhupati’s unwavering commitment and innovative approach to millet-based nutrition.

Raju Bhupati’s journey from an organic chemistry graduate to a visionary food entrepreneur exemplifies determination, innovation, and a profound desire to make nutritious millet snacks accessible to all.

With his pioneering ventures and relentless dedication, he has undoubtedly left an indelible mark on the Indian food industry.
