CureFit is a health and fitness startup. It was founded by Mukesh Bansal and Ankit Nagori in 2016.
CureFit offers various services including gyms under the Cult.Fit brand, healthy food under Eat.Fit, mental wellness under Mind.Fit, and diagnostic centres through Care.Fit.
CureFit was founded to solve the problems of nutrition, fitness, and mental wellness.
Under Eat.Fit, the company offers the best price of the month in addition to free delivery. Under Cult.Fit, three types of services are offered – at center, at home and gear.
Under Care.Fit, diagnostic services and consultation services are offered. They offer doctor consultation, nutritionist consultation, and health checkups. The company assures zero wait time to improve customer experience.
Under Mind.Fit, services are offered at center and at home. In addition to that, 1 on 1 therapy services are also offered.
In order to expand its business, CureFit has made many acquisitions since its beginning. Some of them include yoga brand a1000yoga, online food delivery firm Kristys Kitchen, fitness centre chain The Tribe, and mental wellness platform Seraniti.
Recently, it acquired a cold-pressed juice brand Rejoov. CureFit launched an incubator programme to create healthy food and snacks. The company wants to invest $5 million in at least 10 firms to expand its Eatfit brand in the coming two years.
Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan invested ₹5 crore in CureFit in 2018. Now, the company has raised $75 million from Piramal Group’s Anand Piramal, Accel Growth, Kalaari Capital, IDG Ventures India.
The Indian wellness market is growing and it is estimated to reach about ₹1.5 Tn by the end of the financial year 2020 according to the report of FICCI and EY.
There are several players in the market now. Some of them include Growfitter, HealthifyMe, Stratfit, and Fitnapp.
CureFit is competing with them equally. These startups grab the attention of many national as well as international celebrities.
