Know Ranveer Singh’s diet and fitness tips
Having a perfect muscular body is the dream of many people. In Indian media, Ranveer Singh is one of the most popular examples of this perfect body, with his upcoming film “Padmavat” showcasing it in full glory.
Women look at him with swooning eyes while men look at him with envious ones, but all people want to know how he does it.
According to Ranveer, body-building is not an easy task, and it can take months, even years, to build muscles like his.
He has offered the public some diet and fitness tips that helped him get to where he is today, and these are some of his bits of advice.
One of Ranveer’s tips for muscle-building is to eat consistently. Eat every three hours, and never miss a meal.
Ranveer’s balanced meal consists of protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats.
He advises reducing the amount of salt and oil in foods, and to regularly drink protein shakes as supplements.
Ranveer especially emphasizes never missing breakfast. It is called the most important meal of the day for a reason, since it gives the body its first fuel in the morning and is essential for starting the day right.
Ranveer’s breakfast is rich in carbohydrates, consisting of chicken, egg whites, and fresh fruits and vegetables.
Ranveer has a rigorous workout, beginning with an hour of cardio training in the morning and evening, in order to burn off fat.
It begins with a ten-minute warmup, followed by twenty minutes of intense training. This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) consists of exercises such as push-ups and pull-ups.
Ranveer emphasizes that one of the most important parts of working out is building stamina.
In order to eventually be able to do the kind of training that he does, one must start slowly and work one’s way up the ladder.
He also emphasizes the importance of maintaining a good body, since a muscular figure can be lost much easier than it is gained.
