Moosshiqk, World’s smallest e-bike
Meet Santosh, whose love for machines has existed since his childhood. It is the same love which led him to design the first electric concept bike of India. His invention has led him to take a place in the Limca Book of records. He also got several mentions in the Limca Book for his various inventions.
He states that machines are the love of my life. Ever since he was a kid, he would often change various parts of motorcycles. He states that he got this enthusiasm and passion from his father. He stated that his father loves bikes and inventions. He stated that sadly his father is no more with him today but his inspiration keeps him going.
He supports hi family by doing a regular job in a pharmaceutical company, yet he managed to create world records. Financial problems never stopped him. He learned about bikes by repairing old bikes.
Finally he built his bike called “Moosshiqk” which won Santosh a position in the Limca world records. The bike is just 12 inches high, 18 inches long and weighs 8.8 lbs.
He then designed Nisttarkya, a bike which weighs 40 kgs and runs on 36 V, 350 W hub motor and gets power from three 36V rechargeable batteries. He used second hand parts from various motor bikes to design the first prototype. The idea behind the bike is to make new designs to create new paths for the automobile industry
