iCreate was setup in Deo Dholera village
Yesterday Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu participated in the establishment of iCreate centre in Deo Dholera village near Ahmedabad. The centre was dedicated to the nation.
At that time, PM said that his government is constantly working to create a ‘new India’ with innovation-friendly system.
The citizens are encouraged to come up with new innovations.
iCreate, International Centre for Entrepreneurship and Technology was set up with the collective efforts of both public and private sectors. In other words, it is a public-private partnership (PPP) venture.
The main aim is to encourage entrepreneurs by assisting them in securing funds, space, mentors and other required facilities if any.
PM in his speech stated that he wanted to have a strong relationship with Israel at the time of his visit. He added that his waiting for the day has finished and the PM of Israel had visited India. He expected this foundation would help strengthen relationships between both the countries.
PM wants the country to move in the direction of innovations and expects the new India to come up with novel and innovative ideas.
His government is making efforts to create a system with an environment that improves innovations and ideas to move the country in a new direction.
Israel PM also expressed his joy to be in India. He praised Mahatma Gandhi as one of the great prophets of humanity.
Both the PMs held a grand roadshow yesterday morning followed by the visit to Sabarmati Ashram, where Mahatma Gandhi lived for a long time.
Netanyahu, the Israeli PM stated that his visit to the Ashram was inspiring. He spent approximately 20 minutes there with this wife.
Both PMs also tried their hands at the ‘charkha’. After that they enjoyed flying kites for some time.
