Jeera or cumin seeds are very common in Indian cuisine. It is added in many recipes to improve the taste. Taste is not the only thing cumin can give. Water boiled with cumin seeds can increase milk for breast-feeding mothers. It can also reduce irritation in the uterus. Gargling with this water can also improve oral hygiene. It can even treat mouth ulcers and freshen breath.The water can also help with bleeding gums.
