Live happily with these natural ways
In modern days, it is very difficult to be happy. There are many reasons for it. Stress related to education, jobs etc. is one major reason for it. How can you live happily? Happiness is not something than can be bought with money. There are certain natural ways for being happy. Many of them you may already know, but the important thing is following them. If you follow them, you can be happy and keep your neighbours happy.
- Smile makes you happy. Even fake smiles work due to the stimulation of your brain to release endorphins which keep you happy. It refreshes your mood and relaxes your facial muscles.
- If you feel depressed, then go out in the sun for at least 15 minutes. Observe the change. The sunlight boosts your mood and keeps you happy throughout the day. You also get vitamin D which strengthens your bones and immunity due to sunlight.
- Never sit in a dark room while you are working as it can make you feel depressed. Light your room to refresh your mood.
- Eating chocolates can stimulate your brain and relax your mind. So, eat chocolates occasionally, but don’t make it a habit.
- Lack of sleep can make you depressed or spoil your mood. So, sleep for at least eight hours. It should be sound sleep.
- Never work for more than 10 hours a day since it increases your stress.
- Don’t overthink about anything. Obsessive thinking release stress hormones like cortisol.
- Eat spicy food which triggers your brain to release endorphins to counter pain caused by eating those foods.
- Don’t suppress your anger. But express it in a healthy manner to keep yourself happy.
Did you see the list? Many of them are well known facts to all of you. But, the problem is not doing them or not remembering them in times of need.
