11-day job summit organized by Delhi Government | Fusion - WeRIndia

Starting from today i.e. August 1 to August 11, an 11-day job summit will be organized in North Delhi’s Civil Lines area.

Delhi government organizes this job summit for 11 days to offer employment opportunities to youth. It is estimated that nearly 25 companies will participate in this summit to provide job opportunities to many youth.

Gopal Raj, the labour minister stated that approximately 25 companies have accepted to participate in this summit after they have been approached by the government to offer jobs to unemployed youth.

He added that jobs include in several categories like financial planning advisers, data entry operators, security guards, attendants, housekeeping, helpers, drivers, peons, tele-callers etc.

Another good news for the unemployed youth is that the candidates who fail in the interviews will be provided training as the government has decided to do so.

This is being done for the first time by the government to provide training to youth who fail in the interviews in the job summit according to Sarita Singh, Parliamentary Secretary to minister of Employment.

She added that Government will make an agreement with companies that have proficiency in skill training field.
