Aircto helps companies get technical talent
Aircto is a Bengaluru based startup made to help companies find technical talent easily. The founder Atif Haider got this idea when he himself face problems in finding qualified candidates to work. He was working on his in-house project management tool ‘Delight’ in mid-2015. He found that it was easier to do project management rather than finding qualified candidates.
This gave him an idea. With his idea, emailed several organizations saying that he could screen candidates much faster. His idea generated interest among few organizations. They were ready to pay him. He started working in developing the idea. He began collecting all the feedback and started working based on it. In December 2015, he launched Aircto in Bengaluru.
Atif says that the startup had their first customer within a month. They started doing paid interviews for more new customers. At present, they have 21 companies, 30 experts with them. So far, they did 74 interviews.
Atif has technical knowledge with his graduation in computer science and engineering from D. Y. Patil College of Engineering and Technology, Kolhapur. His previous product, Delight, did not do well in the market. He says he learned a lot with that.
Aircto currently has an in-house team of eight members. This includes API engineers, frontend engineers, digital marketers and content writers. The company’s growth is at a rate of 15–20 percent. The company aims to increase the strength of the engineering and business teams in the coming 6–12 months. They also plan to increase their customer base and product acceptability by 60–70 percent.
The pricing of Aircto depends on the job positions. For entry level, it is Rs 899, for mid-level, it is Rs 1,399, and for senior level, Rs 2,499. It also offers bulk subscription plan where one can book six interviews in advance and with a 10 percent discount on the total cost.
