If you have been given two options, you have to choose the right one. Then only you will be a successful person. Here is a story of a woman who took the right decision at the right time and became a successful businesswoman. Aditi Garg quit her CA for her entrepreneurial journey.

Aditi aspired to become a chartered accountant. While she was pursuing the course, she started a micro-level business to meet her expenses as she did not want to put her burden on her family.

She started selling artificial jewellery through Amazon and Flipkart to self-sustain. She started her journey as a reseller in 2013. She earned good profits. However, she could not pay her attention completely to the business due to her CA course.

At that time, she aimed to clear CA final exams. But, she could not clear her CA course as she was not able to focus on exams. Besides, she was left with the inventory she bought from the wholesaler. Due to sailing on two boats, she could not reach her goal. It made her rethink her career.

Aditi decided to quit her CA to focus completely on the business. She started her own business in 2018. She named her brand Adwitiya Collection. She listed her brand on Myntra. She received 25 orders on the very first day. As she had never received such a big order before, it boosted her confidence. That’s how her new journey started. Now, Aditi receives around 400 orders daily. Almost 90 per cent of sales are generated through Myntra.

Though Aditi receives orders from all over the country, the demand from Tier 1 cities is higher. Bangles are the highest selling product among the jewellery, which are priced in the range of ₹399 to ₹10,000.

Adwitiya Collection’s sales have been growing since the launch. Now, it clocks revenue in crores of rupees. For the financial year 21-22, the company expects to generate ₹5 crores. During this festive season alone, it clocked ₹75 lakhs.
