Customers can opt for the payment either through JioMart or in cash on delivery after filling their shopping carts within the mobile application.
Customers can also set up a subscription for a regular buy, or they can get personalized recommendations from the company. The company says that payment on WhatsApp can be made easily, as it is simple to use. It says that both teams of Jio and Meta are working closely to open more opportunities in future.
