Reliance Jio introduces a new recharge plan for ₹1
Reliance Jio introduced the cheapest recharge plan for ₹1 to offer 100 MB of data with a validity period of 30 days. This recharge plan is available on the MyJio app. As of now, the plan is not available on its website.
Recently, Jio increased its prepaid plans. Not just Reliance Jio, but Airtel and Vodafone also increased their prepaid tariffs. But, now Jio introduced the cheapest prepaid recharge plan. Jio customers can get more data with this recharge plan by just paying ₹1.
Users can get data of 100MB with this plan. The speed will drop to 64Kbps after the consumption of the data limit. The company says that this plan is the cheapest prepaid plan in the country at present. Users can also recharge it along with other recharge plans if they need more data.
Jio also introduced another prepaid plan for its customers for ₹119. It offers 1.5GB of data each day with a validity of 14 days. It also offers unlimited calls and 300 SMS.
Meanwhile, JioMart facilitated a home delivery service of groceries, vegetables and fruits to its customers. Just like Amazon and Flipkart, JioMart tapped into WhatsApp to increase its business.
Customers who want to order their products from JioMart through WhatsApp can use its ‘tap and chat’ option. The company says that there is no minimum order value, and the delivery is completely free. Customers can opt for the payment either through JioMart or in cash on delivery after filling their shopping carts within the mobile application.
Customers can also set up a subscription for a regular buy, or they can get personalized recommendations from the company. The company says that payment on WhatsApp can be made easily, as it is simple to use. It says that both teams of Jio and Meta are working closely to open more opportunities in future.
