Reasons to avoid marrying
Indian society is the kind of society which pushed men and women to get married after a certain age. However, there are many people who are not interested in doing so. The thought of marriage and settling down is different for every individual. Forcefully getting married is not a good idea. Here are some reasons why you should avoid marrying.
The loss of space
People who always maintain an aura around them should reconsider getting married. Marriage takes away your independence and pushes you into a new combined space. If you don’t want that, then don’t consider getting married.
The presence of in-laws
Women can be afraid of their in-laws. Their presence can be annoying and can destroy the private space between wife and husband. Many women say no to marriage because of the thought of their in-laws.
New responsibilities
Getting married is just adding new responsibilities in your relationship. There will be new issues to handle. You will have to manage your career and family responsibilities. So, if you are not ready to handle these responsibilities, then avoid marrying.
Children
After a certain age, Indian parents tend to see their children as nothing but grandchildren factories. If you are married, you can expect pressure from your parents and in-laws to “give them the good news”.
