Once your draft is ready, clicking the blue Gmail icon in the top-left corner transfers your draft to Gmail, ready for sending.
Alternatively, save it in your drafts to send later, ensuring your message reaches its destination at the perfect moment.

For those preferring to send documents as attachments, navigate to File > Email > Email this file.
