Try these food combinations to lose weight
There are many misconceptions about weight loss. One of them is eating less. Though eating less may help promote weight loss quickly, it is not good for you at all times due to the lack of nutrients in the food you eat.
Do you know that certain foods help lose weight without affecting your nutritional intake?
Many traditional Indian food combinations help provide essential nutrients to your body. As most of them contain vegetables that are rich in fibre, they aid in losing weight. Also, these mixed food items add additional nutritional value to the meal.
So, if you want to lose weight, try these food combinations:
Dal with rice is a good combination. Dal is not just rich in proteins but also in other nutrients like minerals and vitamins. It has good nutritional value. Rice is loaded with carbohydrates with other nutrients. When you eat dal with rice, it satisfies hunger.
