Foods to eat during pregnancy to make Baby smart
Every mother dreams of having her child to be a smart and strong child. The diet of the mother during pregnancy makes a lot of difference. If there are deficiencies in diet of the mother, that may cause the baby to have behavioral problems. Here are some recommended foods.
Fish
Fish like salmon, tuna, mackerel etc. are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. It is vital for the development of brain in babies. Studies have shown that they can improve the IQ of the baby.
Eggs
Eggs are rich in source of amino acid choline. They can improve the brain development and memory in babies. Pregnant ladies must eat two eggs which to get half the recommended daily amount of choline for pregnant women.
Yoghurt
Yoghurt is rich in protein which helps in forming nerve cells of the baby inside your womb. Make sure you add yoghurt to your diet to get good amounts of calcium too.
Blueberries
Fruits such as blueberries, artichokes, tomatoes, and red beans are rich in antioxidants. Antioxidants are good for pregnant women. They help in brain tissue development.
Spinach
Spinach, lean chicken, and Beans are rich in iron which makes the baby much smarter. They are very important to have during pregnancy.
