Keep Your Search Quiet
Sharing your decision to pursue another job with your co-workers over lunch may make you feel more comfortable, but also puts you in a position of weakness.
A co-worker could easily betray your confidence, or your boss may learn of the news through the wrong channels.
Your boss should hear it from you first, not last. So, make sure not to share these things with anyone.
LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook are the great avenue to highlight your professional expertise, but make sure not to post anything like “searching for new job” “looking for change”. I
t can create problem in your current employment. Better than this approach the company directly.
It’s good to make change, everyone want to grow up but if you want to be remembered as an employee that had morals and credibility.

Make every effort to leave on the right note and do not burn a bridge in the process. Never say bad words to that place or persons from where you got chance to learn new things and get the chance to use your skills in best way.
