The increasing awareness of alternative and natural therapies leads to the emergence of new startups in the market.

NatureFit is one such startup that offers natural therapies and herbal products.

39-year-old Avneet Bhatia is the founder of the startup. This Mumbai woman believes in natural healing.

She suffered from several health issues and recovered by switching to alternative medicine. Avneet then decided to bring these therapies to more people for their benefit. She pursued a course in alternative therapy for one year.

During the pandemic, many people switched to natural therapies. So, Avneet decided to launch her startup, NatureFit.  She launched the health ecosystem app in December 2021.

NatureFit guides users towards natural and alternative therapies and offers therapies like Ayurved, Yoga, Homeopathy, Physiotherapy etc. It also sells various herbal products.

There are many free health tools on the platform to track stress levels, sleep cycle, water intake etc. One can also know their body mass index. Users can also consult a doctor through the platform by sharing their initial health summary to evaluate their health condition.

Besides, users can create groups and connect with others. They can also share their views and take up health-related challenges.

The startup offers products in different segments like healthcare, food, beauty, grocery, and baby care.

It has more than 75 brands on its website. Currently, the app is available for Android users. So far, the app has been installed by 7,000 users. The startup is planning to launch the iOS version of the application soon. It has 3,000 doctors.

NatureFit’s target is to reach 30,000 doctors in the next two years. It also aims to have one lakh app installs and expand brands on its portal to 300 by the end of this year.

Its revenue is growing month on month. It generated ₹15 lakhs in the last two months.
