App to inform PM directly | Fusion - WeRIndia

If you see a pothole down the road, a non-functional street light, or a pile of garbage not picked up for over a week, then you can use this app directly to report to PM. The new app is called the Swachh Bharat Clean India Mobile App.

The app was made by Mahek Shah, an ordinary citizen.

The app called Swachh Bharat Clean India Mobile App allows a person to directly report an area to the PM himself.

The app also allows users to report civic problems to the municipal and government authorities.

Shah recalls that he has always been active when it comes to governance.

He would file complaints, bring issues to notice, reach out to ministers, etc. This behavior is exactly what led to the idea of the app.

The app also allows users to click pictures of the problems they see in their daily civic life.

The pictures can be sent to Prime Minister’s Office via Twitter.

The user can log into their twitter account through the app to report their problem.

The reason why Twitter was chosen even though the majority does not have an account is because the government is most active on this platform than any other.
