Yoga asanas to fight fatigue
Feeling fatigue is a common problem among working class people. Sometimes this fatigue can be too much causing you to not even be able walk for a while.
If you are facing such problems, then there are certain yoga asanas you can practice every day to fight the fatigue.
Read on to find out what they are.
Setubandhasana (Bridge Pose)
In this asana, you have to first lie down on back and then fold knees. Make sure your palms are facing down on your sides.
Now slowly lift your back from floor until your chin touches your chest.
Make sure your thighs are parallel.
Keep this position for few seconds and then return to normal.
Ustrasana (Camel Pose)
In this pose you start by kneeling on floor. Your hands must be at back on your pelvis with palm open and holding it.
Now draw your tailbone towards your pubis.
Then lean down with your head up and arms straight and hold your feet with your hands.
Do not strain your neck. Go back to normal after holding the pose for 30 seconds.
Supta Virasana (Reclining Hero Pose)
In this pose, start on a mat on your back with hands placed on side.
Take a breath and shift your body weight to elbows and forearms.
Now put your hands at the back of your buttocks and push lower back towards the tailbone.
Return from the position after a few seconds.
Shalabhasana (Locust Pose)
Start by lying completely flat on your stomach.
Take a deep breath and slowly lift your chest, arms, legs and thighs off the floor.
This is where you should stretch your hands and legs as much as possible.
Return to normal after seconds. This pose should be repeated 3-4 times holding it for few seconds every time.
