Vegetable and fruit juices to boost hair growth
Hair issues like hair fall and halted hair growth are common in many people.
Hair needs proper care and nourishment to grow. Except in certain conditions, hair grows properly if you take care of it.
There are many natural remedies for hair loss.
Consuming adequate fruits and vegetables helps improve hair growth.
You can even apply the juice of certain vegetables or fruits topically to boost hair growth.
Here is a list of certain vegetables that help promote hair growth:
- Aloe Vera juice strengthens hair and controls hair breakage. It nourishes and moisturizes the scalp. Aloe Vera juice also helps eliminate dandruff. Topical application also helps in getting a lustrous hair.
