Prevent grey hair using these natural remedies
Grey hair is one of the most common hair problems nowadays. Not just older adults, but even young people also face grey hair problems.
There are many reasons for this. If you make some lifestyle changes, you can prevent grey hair to some extent.
If you lack vitamin A, B12, D and E, and minerals like iron, zinc, copper, selenium, copper etc., in the body, you may suffer from hair problems. Hence, add the foods rich in the above vitamins and minerals for healthy hair. They protect your hair from premature greying and hair fall.
If you wash your hair too frequently or use harsh shampoos, they might damage your hair. Bleaching also harms your hair.
Do not apply excessive heat while using a hairdryer or curling iron, as it can damage your hair.
Do not comb your hair when it is wet. Also, use a wide-toothed comb for your hair to control hair fall.
Smoking damages hair follicles. So stop smoking.
Cover your hair with a scarf to protect it from the sun.
Apply the following to your hair to prevent grey hair and keep your hair dark for a long time:
- Apply onion juice twice a week to your scalp. Wait for half an hour and wash it off. You can also add one teaspoon of lemon juice to it. This remedy will help darken your hair.
- Make a paste with ¼ cup of curry leaves in a blender. Add this to ½ cup of yoghurt and mix thoroughly. Apply it to your scalp and hair, and rinse your hair after 30 minutes. Use this remedy twice a week.
- Take amla juice, lemon juice, and almond oil in equal quantities and mix thoroughly. Apply it to your hair and wash it off. Use this remedy regularly for two to three months for better results.
- Make herbal oil with rosemary herb and extra virgin oil. Take an equal amount of dried rosemary and olive oil in a jar and keep it in a sunny place for around six weeks. Shake the mixture every two to three days. Your herbal oil will be ready after six weeks. Apply it to your hair.
