Natural ways to relieve muscle cramps
Muscle cramps are sudden, painful contractions that can strike without warning.
They often hit your calves, thighs, feet, or hands. Although they usually pass quickly, cramps can disrupt your daily routine or even your sleep.

First, stop what you’re doing. Gently stretch the cramped muscle. For example, if your calf cramps, stand up and shift weight onto that leg.

Try these remedies first before using over-the-counter pain relief. Most cramps resolve with simple care.
However, if cramps become frequent or intense, talk to your doctor. They could signal an underlying issue.
