Cases of diabetes increase daily, and as of late, more and more people are ending up with this disease, are harmed from it, and are dying from it.

•Methi seeds, or fenugreek seeds, must be ground and mixed with turmeric and milk twice a day to reduce signs and symptoms of diabetes.

•A spoonful of jamun seeds taken along with lukewarm water can effectively reduce diabetes, as can chewing their leaves, which helps prevent the conversion of starch to sugar.

•Consuming the juice of amla twice per day, or the powder of amla fruit, is said to be one of the top Ayurvedic recipes for a diabetic patient.

•Heat Bayan tree bark in four glasses of water, and consume one glass of the mixture after making it cold. This should be taken twice per day.

•Add three to four spoonfuls of cinnamon powder to a glass of water and heat it for twenty minutes. Then strain the mixture and cool it down, and drink it daily.

•Vijaysar Churna, also known as Pterocarpus Marsupium or Malabar Kino, can be taken twice a day to help cure diabetes. It can also be taken in cube form, left in water overnight, and drank in the morning on an empty stomach.

•Taking equal parts of triphala and the root of barbery, colocynth, moth, with tumeric powder can be taken twice a day to lower sugar levels and prevent the risk of diabetes.

•Taking equal parts of patola, neem, embolic myrobalan and the stem of guduct can be taken thrice a day to prevent diabetes.

•Avoid sugary foods like sweets and cakes and instead replace them with eight to ten blackberries per day to lower the consumption of sugar in the diet.

•A half a spoonful of garlic juice mixed with honey or jaggery, taken twice per day, is known as one of the most effective and simply Ayurvedic recipes for diabetes.

To keep diabetes in cheek, also plan out a diet. Modify it to your health needs and plan out proper amounts and spacing. Avoid sugary or starchy foods like potatoes, sugar and rice, and avoid alcohol as well.
