  • Being rich in folates, spinach improves sperm health. Also consume other vegetables that are rich in folate like lettuce, Brussels sprouts, beans, peas, oranges, nuts, and whole grains.
  • Bananas are rich in vitamin A, B1 and C to improve the productivity of sperm. Bromelain, an enzyme found in banana helps regulate sex hormones.
  • L-Arginine HCL, an amino acid in dark chocolate improves semen volume as well as sperm count.
  • Being rich in vitamin C and folate, asparagus helps improve sperm count and quality. The nutrients in this vegetable protect your body from free radicals.
  • Pomegranates improve libido in both men and women. It is loaded with antioxidants to elevate testosterone levels and improve semen quality.
  • Broccoli plays a crucial role in improving male fertility as it is rich in various vitamins including vitamin C and minerals like folic acid.
  • Tomatoes are rich in lycopene which is proved to have a positive effect on male fertility and sperm motility.
