Usage of jackfruit flour or powder is growing nowadays due to its amazing health benefits. Jackfruit flour is made of raw or green jackfruit. Hence it is not as sweet as ripened jackfruit, but it will have a good aroma. That’s why it is used in chapati, dosa, cake, etc.
