Lemon is widely used in Indian cuisine. It is rich in vitamin C. Many people use lemon water in summer. It not only regulates your body temperature but also boosts your immunity to avoid seasonal infections. Normally lemon water is consumed by people early in the morning to lose weight. Lemon tea is one of the most effective and natural ways to lose your weight. Add a pinch of ginger powder and one or two tablespoons of lemon juice to green tea. Consume this tea twice daily.
