Diabetes is a life-long condition which is rising in recent days throughout the world.
Not just middle-aged people, several youth are also becoming diabetic due to their lifestyle in these days.
Type 2 diabetes is more common condition where the body develops resistance against insulin.
The common symptoms of diabetes include high blood sugar, frequent urination and urinary tract infections, fatigue, dry mouth, blurred vision, longer time for healing of wounds and cuts etc.

Refined carbohydrates are not good for health. So avoid eating too much refined carbs to prevent diabetes.
