Amla recipes for hair
Amla has many health benefits. It is rich in vitamin C and improves you immune system and also benefits your hair. Vitamin C helps in prevention of hair fall by improving the elasticity of your hair and its collagen level. Amla also aids in treating dandruff and premature greying of hair.
Here are some natural remedies for your hair with amla. You can try using them for various hair conditions.
Make hair oil with amla, hibiscus leaves or flowers and coconut oil to treat all health problems like hair fall, split ends, premature greying etc. Take a cup of coconut oil. Add some amla pieces and hibiscus leaves or flowers. Heat the oil on low flame for 15 minutes. Then cool it and strain it. Use this oil regularly.
Take a handful of curry leaves. Add them to a cup of heated olive oil. Add a tablespoon of amla powder. Let them simmer for some time. Massage your scalp with the lukewarm oil. Next day morning shampoo your hair. Use this method once or twice a week to stop grey hair.
Applying the paste of fenugreek seeds and amla powder regularly once a week to strengthen your hair. It cools your scalp and promotes hair growth.
If you are suffering with dandruff in your hair then try this recipe. Add 5 mg amla powder and brahmi powder in 15 ml coconut oil. Add few drops of rosemary oil to this. Make this to a fine paste using water. Apply this paste to your hair after wetting it. Wait for an hour. Then shampoo your hair. It treats hair dandruff and works effectively for other scalp problem.
If you want a shiny hair, then you can do this. Take a cup of water. Add one teaspoon apple cider vinegar and honey to it. Then add 10 drops of amla oil to it. Rinse your hair with this water after shampooing and massaging with it. Then rinse off with normal water. This makes your hair glow.
