Arti Dogra is an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of Rajasthan. She initiated several measures to change society.

Being a successful officer, she inspired many people and has become a role model for several young people.

But, success has not come to her overnight. She achieved it with strong dedication and willpower. She faced discrimination due to her height.

She is three-and-a-half-feet, but it didn’t stop her from achieving high things.

Arti Dogra was born in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Her father is Colonel Rajendra Dogra in the Indian Army and her mother is Kumkum, a school principal.

Despite the suggestions of doctors to send her to a special school as she would not be able to study normally, her parents joined her in a normal school. She studied well in Welham Girls School in Dehradun and graduated from Lady Shri Ram College, DU.

Arti has been in many top positions in her career and handled the responsibilities efficiently.

She received many honours for accomplishing her tasks very well.

She served as managing director of Jodhpur Discom and as the collector of Ajmer district of Rajasthan.

Later, she became the District Election Officer in Ajmer and she performed well during the assembly polls in Rajasthan.

She encouraged the differently-abled people to cast their vote in the elections. She arranged vehicles, Divyang Raths for them and assigned the Booth Level Officers for their assistance.

She also made other arrangements like wheelchairs for them due to which 17,000 differently-abled people came to polling booths.

Arti Dogra received the National Award from President of India, Ram Nath Kovind for her starring performance in the elections.
