That’s how Carat Crush was born. This Mumbai-based startup offers nearly 100 designs of gold jewellery like layered chains, lockets, and customized mangalsutras for working women.

Besides offering gold items for gifting, Carat Crush sells regular gold jewellery also. The price of these jewellery items is in the range of ₹22,000 to ₹1.5 lakhs.

This D2C brand has stores in Bandra and Delhi. The startup sells gold jewellery in its stores and on its website. It offers free shipping in India.

As the designs of Carat Crush are trendy, several celebrity stylists also buy them. Many Bollywood actresses like Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra, and Alia Bhatt also buy from their stores. One can get trendy and customized designs at the startup.

Normally, customers prefer buying gold at retail stores. That’s why Carat Crush also started its journey as a retail store to build trust among customers. But, now the startup has sales on both channels like its retail stores and website. Its revenue has grown by 35 per cent.
