Sonu Sood launches new initiative for the underprivileged
Bollywood actor Sonu Sood launched another initiative for the underprivileged. The new initiative ‘Khud kamaao Ghar chalao’ aims to provide a livelihood to the people in need and those that lost their jobs due to the pandemic.
Under this initiative, Sonu Sood gifts e-rickshaws to the poor and underprivileged people so that they can earn on their own.
This Bollywood actor helped many migrant labourers during the lockdown by sending them to their home regions, providing ration and other support.
Besides, he launched the Pravasi Rojgar app to create job opportunities for the people who lost their jobs due to the prevalence of COVID-19. The app aims to connect job aspirants to the companies. It also remains a useful platform by helping them improve their skills. So far, the app created around 50,000 job opportunities.
Several netizens and other people appreciated him for his help. Sonu said that the love and applause received from many people encouraged him to continue his help and motivated him to do more such things.
For this reason, he initiated Khud kamaao Ghar chalao. He said that rather than distributing provisions, helping people getting job opportunities is more important. Hence, he started the new initiative. He believes that it would help the poor and underprivileged to be self-reliant and self-sufficient.
While announcing his new initiative on Instagram, Sonu said that this small step had taken to empower people to become self-sufficient. He hopes this would help for their better future. Hence, he is providing free e-rickshaws to the people in need to use their small businesses.
Thus, this Bollywood actor is inspiring many people across the country. He has been helping several poor and underprivileged people across the country since the outbreak of COVID-19.
