Guilts that every woman live with
In a recent study, it is found that 96 percent of women live with some guilt every day. This guilt will also have some form of affect in their health. Let us take a look at some of the most common guilts that women face.
Not spending enough time with your children
A major amount of working mothers feel that they do not spend enough time with their children. It is important to remember that thinking about your children at work will not benefit either your work or your children.
Those extra pounds
More than 70 percent of women say that they are on a diet regardless of weight. They feel guilty when they do not reach their weight loss goals. Hitting the gym is a good idea to lose weight and that guilt.
Dissatisfied partner
Many women feel that they are not satisfying their partners. Having a face to face talk with your partner regarding the situation will help out.
The superwoman
Living up to the superwoman image can make it guilty for a woman to take some ‘Me’ time for her. It is important to know that every human being needs a break from their routine.
