Brihadeshwara Temple

Brihadeshwara Temple was constructed during the Chola dynasty and is renowned for beautiful Tamil architecture. The temple is built out of a single piece of granite rock weighing 25 tonnes.

Lingaraj Temple


Lingaraj Temple is a major attraction in Bhubanewshwar which was constituted nearly 1,000 years ago in Deula style. It is the largest and most ancient temple of the city.

Kotilingeshwara Temple

Kotilingeshwara Temple is situated in Kammasandra. It is the biggest linga in the world with a length of 108 feet. 35 feet tall Nandi is placed in front of the deity.

Murudeshwar Temple

Murudeshwar Temple is surrounded by Arabian Sea from three sides which is situated at Kanduka Giri Hill. Here, Lord Ganesh is in the form of a Brahmin boy. It also consists twenty-storied Rajagopura.

Tungnath Mandir

Tungnath Mandir is one of the highest temples in the world, situated at 3680 mt above sea level. It is considered to be built by Arjuna, one of the Pandavas.

Amarnath Temple

Amarnath Temple is located at a distance of around 145 km from Srinagar and is situated at an elevation of 4175 mt above sea level.

Kailashnath Temple

Kailashnath Temple is situated in Ellora and is a good example for Dravidian architecture.
