Winners of the "What Makes Your Diwali Special" contest | Fusion - WeRIndia

The light and splendor associated with Diwali is made even more special with the multiple contests that are run online and offline.

One such contest was the “What Makes Your Diwali Special” contest run by the WeRIndia team.

The theme was simple yet unique, capturing the true spirit of the festival.

For many diwali means coming home and meeting near and dear ones, for some it’s the mouth-watering delicacies prepared especially during this festival, and for many others it’s the light of the lamps and colorful motifs adorning the entrances of several houses.

Which one would you pick as your favorite?

The contest was based on these lines and actually encouraged you to break all limitations and celebrate your personal moments. 

You could post a delicious recipe, a fun picture, a cool memory, a smart decoration tip—anything and everything that makes your Diwali awesome!!

The battle here was quite tough with some really unique and interesting entries.

1.) Priyanka Monga: Priyanka posted a beautiful Rangoli and got the maximum likes and shares. She emerged as the winner of the contest. Here’s here entry:
