As the sacred city of Ayodhya prepares for the historic Pran Pratishtha ceremony at the Ram temple on January 22, the invitation cards for the consecration event mirror the opulence of the magnificent temple under construction.

The grand invitations feature an imposing image of the temple and a portrayal of a youthful Lord Ram.

The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra has extended invitations to over 7,000 distinguished guests, including iconic figures like cricket legends, Bollywood superstars, and industrial tycoons.

The invitation cards, delivered in both Hindi and English, are not just pieces of paper but meticulously crafted sets.


Each invitation set comprises the main invitation card adorned with a silhouetted image of the upcoming Ram temple, labelled ‘Shree Ram Dham’ and ‘Ayodhya.’

The cover also carries the word Apoorva Anadik Nimantran in Hindi, emphasizing the uniqueness of the occasion.

Accompanying the main invite are the Pran Pratishtha program card and a booklet detailing the journey of the Ram Janmabhoomi movement, featuring profiles of key contributors.

The program card shares a silhouetted image of the temple and describes the event as a Ceremony Special, specifying the auspicious shubh muhurt at 12:20 pm on Monday, January 22, 2024.

Inside the ceremony card, the consecration is highlighted to occur in the august presence of notable figures, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and many others.

Actors who portrayed Lord Ram and Goddess Sita in the Ramayan TV serial, are also among the esteemed invitees.

The main invitation card further unfolds to reveal captivating images of the temple and a graphic depiction of a young Lord Ram, wearing royal attire, standing on a lotus, and carrying a bow and arrow.

The subsequent pages delve into the details of the ceremony, highlighting the struggles behind the temple’s construction.

In addition to celebrities, the trust has invited 4,000 seers from across the country, family members of karsevaks who lost their lives during the movement, judges, scientists, writers, and poets.

The booklet accompanying the invitations showcases artistic portraits of key personalities involved in the Ram temple movement, immortalizing their contributions.

The ceremony, set to take place in the colossal Ram temple complex, promises to be a momentous event, symbolizing the culmination of a long-cherished dream for millions across the nation.
