Stretch marks are simply visible marks on the skin due to rapid expansion and contraction of it from swift weight or hormonal changes in the body. These lines are usually very unattractive to look at, and at a number of times, they spoil the look of a garment to wear.

However, there are a good number of easy ways to rid oneself of these stretch marks, generally found on the belly, thighs, and upper arm regions. They are as follows:

Massage any affected areas with some castor oil for ten minutes in a circular motion. Then, wrap the same area in a cotton cloth and apply some heat to it for thirty minutes, with the help of a tube of hot water. Apply daily for one month.

Separate some egg whites from an egg yolk and whip them gently with a fork. Afterward, apply a thick layer of these egg whites to the marks and then let them dry. At a later time, rinse the area with some cold water and then moisturize with some almond oil or olive oil.

Grate a small potato and then extract the juice from it. Mix some lemon juice into it, and then rub this mixture on the stretch marks, until it is well-absorbed by the skin. After twenty minutes have passed, wash off the solution off of the skin with some lukewarm water.

Take some raw sugar, and then mix it in some lemon juive and some olive oil. Apply this solution on the skin every day before taking a shower to see these stretch marks lighten considerably.

Make a mix of one quarter cup of aloe vera gel, ten Vitamin E capsules and five Vitamin A capsules.

Apply this mix to the stretch marks, and make sure it is getting completely absorbed. Repeat this daily for swift results.

Squeeze out the juice from a lemon and massage it in a circular motion upon the area of affected skin. After ten minutes have passed, wash the skin in lukewarm water.

Warm some olive oil to a lukewarm temperature, and massage this on the affected area from fifteen to twenty minutes.

This will improve blood circulation, toning and moisturizing the skin, and therefore removing stretch marks quickly.
