Natural oils for sunscreens
Most Indians desire to have fairer skin tone. This is a big reason why sunscreens and fairness creams are so popular in India. In summer, the fear of sun tans forces us to find proper sunscreens. In order to avoid getting sun tanned, use the following natural oils.
Carrot Seed Oil
Carrot seed oil is a vegetable oil with the maximum amount of SPF which is SPF 40. It is also rich in antioxidants and has very good antiseptic properties.
Raspberry seed oil
This is also a great oil which is rich in Omega-3 and Omega-6 Fatty acids. It fights against sun tan and also prevents stretch marks from appearing. It has SPF 30
Wheatgerm oil
It has an SPF of 20. It is rich in Vitamin E and helps in boosting anti-oxidants which keep the skin nourished. It also repairs cell damage.
Avacado Oil
It is rich in mono saturated fats. These fats create a protective layer over the skin and prevent tan. It has an SPF of 15.
Soyabean Oil
This oil is generally used in cooking in Chinese cuisine. This oil serves as an effective moisturizer and provides protection against sun tan. It has an SPF of 10.
