During the time of winter, almost everyone desires warmth. People use blankets, warm drinks, and room heaters to bear the cold. However, there are many foods which can help you to get warmth during the cold winter. It is generally common for people to eat more food during winter (especially hot food).

Guava: Guavas are rich in Vitamin C. Guavas have higher Vitamin C than most citrus fruits. They are very helpful in fighting winter diseases.
