Face packs for summer
Summer is almost here. In some places it already arrived. Staying clean in summers is not an easy task.
The grease, the dust and the heat can ruin anyone’s skin. On top of that, dehydration becomes much easier in summer which causes dry skin.
Preparing for summer however is not a hard task. Just drink a lot of water every day and follow these natural face packs to keep your skin healthy and firm.
Milk face cleansing
This is probably the simplest of all. You can use this method quickly when you have less time. Use milk to gently clean your skin. Use a loofah and clean your face and other sun exposed areas in circular motions. This can also treat sun burns.
Mint face pack
Everyone knows the cooling effects of mint. Simply grind some mint leaves and mix turmeric with it. Mix this paste with lukewarm water depending on the consistency you want. Apply this as a face pack and leave it on for 15 minutes and wash your face.
Avocado and Honey mask
Mash some avocadoes into a cream and add honey to it. Add a few drops of coconut oil to keep your skin soft. Leave this pack for 15 minutes before washing it off. This face pack is recommended by the likes of Victoria Beckham and Jessica Beil.
Coffee mask
The coffee mask is made with, you guessed it, freshly ground coffee. Mix it with equal parts cocoa and yogurt and half part honey. You can wash off this pack after leaving it on face for 10 minutes.
Cucumber mask
This is also a simple mask. Mash a cucumber and add some sugar to it. Put it in fridge for a while and then apply it. Rinse it off after 10 minutes with cold water. It keeps your skin hydrated and soft.
