Skin problems are common in winter. For those having dry skin, the problems are more. You can maintain skin health with face packs.

Make these face packs with natural ingredients at your home and use:

  • The face pack made with sandalwood powder and rose water is an excellent remedy to treat flakiness and dry patches of the skin. It also improves skin tone. Take an equal amount of sandalwood powder and rose water and add a few drops of coconut oil. Apply it on the face and wash it off after 15 minutes.
  • A cucumber face pack makes your skin supple. In addition, it moisturizes your skin. Take a small piece of cucumber and mash it. Add one teaspoon of sugar. Apply it on your face and wait for some time. Rinse it off with water.
  • Rose petals face pack made with oats nourishes your skin. Crush a few rose petals and add one teaspoon of ground oats along with water to make a paste. Apply it and wash it with water after 15 minutes. Soak a cotton ball in rose water and wipe your skin after washing to keep it shiny and hydrated.
  • A banana face pack moisturizes your skin. Take ½ ripe banana. Add one teaspoon of honey and olive oil to make a smooth paste. Apply this paste on the face and rinse after 15 minutes. Alternatively, add almond oil and a few drops of vitamin E oil to the banana to make the paste.
  • Aloe vera gel face pack keeps your skin glowing. Mix two teaspoons of aloe vera gel with one teaspoon of honey and sandalwood powder to make a paste. Apply it on the face and wash it off after 15 minutes.
  • Orange juice face pack helps repair the skin and treats wrinkles. It also increases collagen production. Mix two tablespoons of orange juice with one tablespoon of oatmeal and apply on the face. Rinse it off after 15 minutes. Orange juice may cause a burning sensation due to its citric acid content. However, the sensation feeling will subside in two minutes. If you experience it for more than two minutes, wash it off immediately.
