Banks provide cashback offers on the spending of credit cards, subject to merchant restrictions. But, Cashback SBI Card does not have any merchant restrictions. The card offers a 5 percent cashback on all online spends without any merchant restrictions.

Recently, the State Bank of India (SBI) launched the Cashback SBI card to promote digital transactions and reward its customers. The Cashback SBI Card is supported by the VISA platform.

The card offers a 5 percent cashback on all online purchases and a 1 percent cashback on all offline spending, including utility bill payments.

Getting the Cashback SBI Card is simple. Customers can apply online to get this card. Anyone can apply for the card from all parts of the country, including Tier 2 and 3 cities. Those who want to get this card can sign up on the SBI Card SPRINT portal.

The card is contactless. It is free for customers in the first year. SBI gave this special offer till March 2023.

After that, the annual renewal charge of ₹999 plus taxes is applicable to renew the card. However, the renewal fee will be reimbursed for those who spend ₹2 lakhs and more during the card membership year.

The Cashback SBI Card allows customers to earn cashback on all spends up to a maximum of ₹10,000 per monthly billing statement.

The card has many other benefits mentioned below:

• The Cashback SBI Card offers automatic cashbacks on both online and offline spends at a prescribed rate. These cashbacks are credited to the card account within two days of statement generation.
• Cardholders can have domestic airport lounge visits. Each year four visits are allowed, one visit per quarter.
• A 1 per cent fuel surcharge is waived off, up to a maximum of ₹100 per monthly statement cycle. The minimum transaction amount should be ₹500, while the maximum is ₹3,000.
