Youth Entrepreneurship Competition - Fusion - WeRIndia

In order to empower young entrepreneurs aged between 15 and 35, a global competition, the Youth Citizen Entrepreneurship Competition is conducted.

The competition opened on March 18, 2019. And the deadline for submission of entries is July 31, 2019.

In order to participate in this competition, young entrepreneurs of the specific age group need to submit their innovative ideas and projects that have a societal impact and meet sustainable development goals mentioned there.

One need to check their eligibility before participation. Your entries will have to be submitted in English.

The first step to participate in the competition is to create your account by registering with them. You have to confirm your email address that is sent to activate your account.

After the successful completion of your registration, you can submit an idea or a project on the given link. Also, fill the preliminary entry form and submit it.

Public voting is open for all the entries received to the competition by posting them on the website.

Finalists will have to submit a video (maximum 3 minutes) of their idea/project to give a clear idea to the judges.

Those who receive the largest number of votes will be given the People’s Choice Prize. This is given in both the idea as well as the project category.

Voting and commenting begins for all entries on May 15, 2019, which will continue till the end of August month this year.

Top 10 finalists in both categories will be announced on September 5, 2019. People’s Choice Prize winners will also be announced on the same day.

The deadline for receipt of videos from finalists in both categories is September 15. The panel of Judges can select their choice of winners until October 5.

The winners will be announced at Entrepreneurship Summit in Berlin on October 19.
