Job Responsibilities:

Interns will be expected to sleep on a Wakefit-provided mattress, from the comfort of their own homes.

Occasionally, interns may need to stretch their sleep hours on weekends to meet Key Performance Indicators.

They will also attend workshops by experienced sleep mentors to improve their chances of becoming the Sleep Champion.

Role of the candidate:

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated to maintain a consistent bedtime, value sleep-life balance, and be disciplined enough to avoid distractions like official calls or social plans.

The candidate must handle pressure well, distributing mental and physical stresses while resting on Wakefit’s top-notch mattresses.

No sleep debts are allowed, and candidates should be “cloud architects,” dreaming about floating on warm, fuzzy clouds during REM sleep.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have at least 22 years. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any subject is acceptable.

Compensation:

Each selected intern will receive ₹1 Lakh for their participation.

Those promoted to Sleep Champion of the Year can earn up to ₹10 Lakhs.
