Good news for job aspirants. The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has opened online applications for 7,951 vacancies across various positions.

These include Junior Engineer (JE), Depot Material Superintendent, and Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant.

Eligible candidates interested in these opportunities must submit their applications online by 29 August 2024, via their official website. This recruitment drive offers a robust selection process comprising two stages.

First, applicants will need to pass a Computer-Based Test (CBT). Those who clear the CBT will proceed to the Document Verification and Medical Examination phases.

Once registered, candidates can sign in using their enrollment number and password to complete the application form.

After selecting the desired post, applicants must pay the application fee using a debit card, credit card, or net banking. Finally, clicking the submit will finalize the registration process.

Candidates must meet specific eligibility criteria to apply for RRB JE 2024 positions.

Educational qualifications include a three-year diploma or a BE/B.Tech in a relevant engineering stream. Importantly, final-year students of degree or diploma courses are not eligible to apply.

Regarding age limits, applicants must be between 18 and 36 years old as of 1 January 2024. However, a one-time relaxation of three years is available due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
