Application correction window for RPF Recruitment now open | Fusion - WeRIndia

The Railway Protection Force (RPF) has opened the application correction window for the recruitment of constables and sub-inspectors (SI). Candidates can make necessary changes to their application forms until May 24 by visiting the official website.

To access the form, candidates need to log in using their registration number and date of birth.

A modification fee of ₹250 is required for each change made to the application form. 

This fee applies to every modification, ensuring that candidates review their details carefully before submitting changes.

The RPF recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 4,440 vacancies. This includes 4,208 constable positions and 452 sub-inspector positions.

For RPF constable positions, candidates must have passed the Class 10 exam from a recognized board or institution. The age requirement for constable applicants is between 18 and 28 years.

For RPF SI positions, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. The age requirement for SI candidates is between 20 and 28 years.

The selection process for both constables and SIs includes a computer-based test (CBT). 

Those who pass the CBT will then undergo a Physical Efficiency Test (PET) or a Physical Measurement Test (PMT), followed by document verification.

There are 452 positions for RPF Sub-Inspector and 4,208 positions for RPF Constable. Salary is ₹35,400 and ₹21,700 per month for the posts respectively.

The recruitment process also includes a reservation for women, with 15% of the posts set aside for female candidates.
