IIT Indore recruitment 2025: Non-teaching positions open | Fusion - WeRIndia

The Indian Institute of Technology Indore (IIT Indore) has announced a recruitment drive for 12 non-teaching positions.

The posts include Executive Engineer (Civil), Medical Officer, Assistant Registrar, and Junior Assistant.

The application process is entirely online, and interested candidates must submit their applications by January 30, 2025.

The positions offer attractive pay as per the 7th CPC. The Executive Engineer (Civil) position offers a pay scale of ₹67,700 to ₹2,08,700, while the Medical Officer and Assistant Registrar roles come with a pay range of ₹56,100 to ₹1,77,500.

Other positions such as Senior Engineer (Civil) and Assistant Security Officer are in the pay bracket of ₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400. While Junior Superintendent and Junior Assistant roles offer pay scales of ₹35,400 to ₹1,12,400 and ₹25,500 to ₹81,100, respectively.

Each role has specific eligibility requirements:

• Executive Engineer (Civil): Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least five years of experience in project and contract management.
• Medical Officer: Applicants must hold an MD in a clinical branch and have a minimum of two years of post-MD experience.
• Assistant Registrar: A master’s degree with at least 55% marks is required, along with three years of relevant administrative experience.
• Senior Engineer (Civil): Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or a three-year diploma in Civil Engineering with two to five years of work experience.
• Assistant Security Officer: A bachelor’s degree with at least 60% marks and six years of experience in security or military training is mandatory.
• Junior Superintendent: Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and five years of administrative experience in areas such as student affairs or public relations.
• Junior Assistant: Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree and knowledge of computer operations, along with two years of relevant experience.

Age Restrictions

The maximum age limit varies by position. For roles such as Executive Engineer, Medical Officer, and Assistant Registrar, the limit is 45 years. For other posts, the age cap ranges from 35 to 40 years.

Selection Process

The selection process for IIT Indore Recruitment 2025 involves multiple stages. After online applications are reviewed, candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience.

Shortlisted individuals will be called for either a written test or an interview, depending on the post. Final selections will be made based on performance in these assessments.

• Fill in personal, academic, and professional details in the online application form.
• Upload self-attested copies of necessary documents in PDF format.
• Pay the application fee as applicable: ₹500 for General and OBC categories and ₹300 for EWS candidates. SC/ST/PwD or female applicants do not need to pay fees.
• Review and submit the application by January 30, 2025.
