Sleeping is one of the most important bodily functions. Without proper sleep, our body cannot function properly. In order to have proper sleep, you need to know your body’s sleep pattern. Here is a list that shows the sleeping habits of very successful people.

He is a famous English Business Magnate. He sleeps for 5 – 6 hours from 12 am to 5-6 am.

Tim Cook is currently the CEO of Apple Inc. He sleeps for 7 hours a day starting 9:30 pm to 4:30 am.
