Sleeping is one of the most important bodily functions. Without proper sleep, our body cannot function properly. In order to have proper sleep, you need to know your body’s sleep pattern. Here is a list that shows the sleeping habits of very successful people.

Bill Gates is an American business magnate, entrepreneur, philanthropist, investor, and computer programmer. He is famous for starting Microsoft. He sleeps for 7 hours a day from 12 am to 7 am.
Richard Branson
He is a famous English Business Magnate. He sleeps for 5 – 6 hours from 12 am to 5-6 am.
Tim cook
Tim Cook is currently the CEO of Apple Inc. He sleeps for 7 hours a day starting 9:30 pm to 4:30 am.
Arianna Huffington
She is a Greek-American author and also acted sometimes. She sleeps for 7 hours a day from 10pm – 5am.
Indra Nooyi
She is an Indian-born naturalized American. She is currently the CEO of PepsiCo. She sleeps only 5 hours a day from 11pm – 4am.
