Centre launches Ayushman Sarathi WhatsApp chatbot
The Centre has launched the Ayushman Sarathi, PM-JAY WhatsApp Chatbot to make healthcare services more accessible under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. The platform enables beneficiaries to check eligibility, manage Ayushman Cards, complete eKYC, link Aadhaar, and access senior citizen services without visiting government offices or call centres.
